Returns, exchanges & damaged goods
All goods are carefully checked prior to despatch.
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.
If you find your goods to be damaged in anyway,
please inform us without delay.
Refunds or exchanges will be made within a 10 day
period upon receipt of undamaged goods to
Archipelago London. Please ensure returns are sent
by trackable delivery; the goods remain the
customer's responsibility until they have been
received by Archipelago London.
A further delivery charge will be made for exchanges.
Return costs will only be refunded if the items were
found to be damaged upon receipt by the customer.
